June 8, 2022 — Please join Build America Mutual in celebrating Pride Month and the achievements of our LGBTQ+ colleagues, counterparties, and members.  We continue to embrace the unique contributions made by our diverse communities, and we encourage employees to take time this month to share and reflect on the history and achievements of the LGBTQ+ community and those who have championed and helped change laws and policies to promote equal rights.

As we encourage and support an inclusive environment for the LGBTQ+ community, BAM stands firm against all forms of harassment and discrimination and pledges to maintain a safe and supportive environment for our employees and counterparties. We are fully committed to providing a welcoming workplace where everyone is supported, valued, and empowered to be their authentic self. To that end, we will continue to increase the cultural competency of our team, encourage allyship, and share new resources to support our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
