February 7, 2022 – February is Black History Month and is recognized as a time to celebrate the accomplishments and history of African Americans. Build America Mutual and our associates are taking the opportunity to celebrate the legacy and achievements of our African American colleagues, counterparties, and members.

At BAM, we celebrate and embrace the unique contributions of people from all cultures. We encourage all employees to take time this month to reflect on the history and achievements of African Americans who have impacted their lives. As a participant in the Public Finance industry, we recognize and support our African American partners who have championed and helped finance essential public infrastructure across the nation.

We strive to create a workplace where every employee feels safe, valued, and empowered to be their authentic self and embrace their heritage and culture.
